Hotel was located in the middle of Side. It was a suitable place for our nice stay. Pool available in the property. Walking distance to alara grand bazaar.

The hotel offered a variety of activities to suit everyone's interests, including water volleyball and aqua aerobics. The beach was easily accessible and had plenty of shaded areas. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with a shuttle bus service available to take guests to nearby markets and bazaars.
Some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. The food selection was fairly basic and repetitive, with limited vegetarian options.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location by the sea, and it offers amazing views. The beach is perfect to relax, and the staff is always happy to serve drinks at the beach bar. Though a bit busy, the bar is well-equipped, and the drinks are of great quality. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast is varied, with many options like fresh fruits and pastries that are delicious. the spa is a great escape from the heat, and the sauna is a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun, making it a must-visit facility.
It can be busy and overwhelming during meal times due to a high volume of guests.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities such as Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and beach access. The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The entertainment was great, with live shows and karaoke, and the garden area was beautiful for relaxation.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of diversity in the food options. Although tasty, the menu items were repetitive, and there were not many vegetarian options available.

Good-sized rooms and friendly staff. The hotel had a nice pool area and an okay-ish beach option. The beach had some shady areas to relax in the heat and there was a short walk to get there through a tunnel under the main road.
Food was average with limited vegetarian options and was sometimes served lukewarm. Communication with staff was sometimes difficult due to language barriers.

I had a comfortable stay with prompt check-in and check-out processes. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. There was ample parking space available, and the location directly next to the beach was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Not one thing.
